Minecraft should
feel alive.

swiftsmp · java & bedrock · fabric → paper

i build the launcher people open, the plugins running under the world, and the little systems that make a server feel like home.

3 things i strongly believe in

three things i strongly believe in

players first.

every decision starts with the person who logs in after school.

performance is a feature.

nobody should ever feel the server thinking.

polish is the point.

the tiny details are the whole experience.

from the notebook

five things i've built.

all of it is live — played, broken, patched and played again.

what's my deal?

a developer who plays the game.

i'm katleal. i'd rather build the thing than talk about it. most days that means working across the whole minecraft stack — the launcher players double-click, the plugins running under the world, and the site they check from class.

most of what i know came from running a server and fixing what broke. that's still the loop: ship it, watch people use it, make it better.

what i care about

  • performance you can feel. tune it before players ask.
  • communities that last. build for the regulars, not the peak.
  • details nobody notices. until they're missing.

one more thing

want to build something?

i'm always up for talking shop — servers, clients, or an idea you can't stop thinking about.
